This was the last day in March that I tracked calories on MyFitnessPal. If I remember correctly, my parents visited us the following week, and I didn't track calories then either.
There are tons of calorie trackers, but I like to use MyFitnessPal. You can log your food on your computer, or download an app for your phone. I mostly use the phone app. It has a very convenient scanning feature where you scan the UPC of whatever food you eat. Then, the serving size and calorie information automatically populates.
