May 12-14 Food Diary

By May 2015, I had been tracking my calories and losing weight for 4 months. There were days that I cheated and ate too much or didn't track at all. But, I didn't let a cheat day stop me from continuing to eat healthier the next day. By this time my stomach had shrunk and I wasn't constantly hungry which helped eating at a defecit.
