Lose Weight Faster With Calorie Cutting & Exercise

If you are cutting calories and are still always hungry, try to exercise. This not only burns calories but it helps you get your mind off food. When you log an exercise into MyFitnessPal, it tells you how many calories you burned, and how many extra calories you get to eat because of the exercise! I try not to eat all the calories I burn from exercise and when I do this successfully, I can lose up to an extra pound or 2 a week.
